1. Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship to addresses within India. We are continuously working to expand our reach to more locations in the future.

2. Shipping Cost

To provide the best value to our customers, our shipping rates are structured as follows:

  • Free Shipping: We offer free delivery on all orders with a total value of ₹1,800 or more.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: A flat delivery fee of ₹200 will be charged for orders under ₹1,800. The exact shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page before you complete your order.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

To provide transparency, we use the following schedule for all orders:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (IST), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

  • Order Handling/Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Transit Time (Delivery): 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 7 business days.

4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure your products are handled with care. Our primary carriers include BlueDart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and India Post.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s journey through our website or the carrier’s official tracking portal.

6. Delivery Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. Wheeling Cycle Supply is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
